Blog #20: Beginning The Great Gatsby

1. The narrator is Nick Carraway,and his perspective, biases, character traits us that he is not judgemental and doesn't critisize other people because they did not have the same things that he had, in other words he's telling the reader that you can trust me.

2.I think that Ditgerald chose Nick to be the narrator because he is not biased to one side, and the way we read it as if we were Nick flows and if it was through some other person it could be confusing and we are getting a clear and specific view from Nick's point of view.
